Antique hotel. 7.3 Clean, quiet, comfortable, easy access to transportation. The continental breakfast was sparse, and based on the hotel website, I expected a bit more activity opportunities from the hotel itself. I basically used the hotel for sleep and shower only. I loved the old feel of the house.

The guest house present itself as boutique hotel/bed and breakfast. That is not true. The building was nice, but maybe 30 years ago. The room was really time-worn, main door to the room barely worked, bathroom door was not possible fully closed. Bathroom need refurbishment. Breakfast was really poor, basicaly tea/coffee, subpar apple juice and croissant with jelly. Staff was bored and unattentive. On our last day we asked if we can leave our luggages in the guest house and come back at 4 pm. We did come back 3:55 pm and nobody was there, I had to find phone number on their website and call the manager who came in 20 minutes. We paid for 5 nights in one room. I would expect much higher quality of the room and much better service and especially breakfast. Do not stay there!
Frank M. Groups Denmark, April 29, 2012	Nice hotel in okay area low price compared to other places in New York 6 the hotel was nice - and located close to metro, though a bit far away and the area (harlem is not that nice). but i wouldn't say that it is dangerous, as i feared.
