It's a very nice stay. The room I had was very quiet. I'm able to find decent restaurants, super market (wholefood) in the vicinity.

i stayed already in this hotel and i had a great experience. the hotel is new, the rooms are big for ny standard with all you need, coffe, nice desk, clean bathroom. the staff is nice and friendly and ready to help you.

Beautifully appointed rooms, modern feel to the entire place

Nice views of a bustling street below.
Overall, got a feeling of a boutique hotel.
Room was appointed with modern furniture.
My bed was very comfortable.
And the price was more than reasonable.
Detractors: A bit far away from the Theater District. Restaurant (Rare) overcooked my burger severely, and although management came to apologize, no offering of no-charge, or a free glass of wine, etc. was made.

Great little lunch restaurant a block away that features specialized/unique grilled cheese sandwiches: the Melt Shop
