Decent hotel but poor service

The rooms and breakfast was decent. However, the service level of the staff was quite poor (compared to other service staff in nyc).
They have limited luggage storage space so take note if you are planning to store your luggage temporarily with them.

Great location for airport hotel with good facilities. Guests can take free shuttle from hotel to airport to take Air Train and connect subway to downtown without difficulties. The hotel room is clean and the staffs are friendly. It is good hotel for guest to stay overnight before taking the flight on the next day.
