Great Location but small rooms.
Great location, 2 mins walk to Time Square and near to many places of interest.

The 4 of us stayed 7 nights in 2 rooms which were small but generally clean and neat.Staff were friendly and helpful.My request for a upgrade of my sons' room to 2 bedded was met.
We enjoyed the close proximity to everywhere we wanted to go.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Subways are the easiest to travel around.

On arrival we found we had a room upgrade to a much larger room, this was in the middle of the hotel and was very quiet
Great facilities in the room and our message from the Manager of desires with our treats was a wonderful surprise.
The hotel staff were very helpful with any request we had.
Great location as next to Times Square and 5th Ave
Restaurant Tip:
We can recommend the bistro next door for both breakfast and dinner.

went for my daughter's 13th birthday. staff was very nice. easy check-in/check-out. very convenient to time square,dining and shopping. room was comfy only wish we had a view but next time i would ask in advance.

The venue is absolutely stunning, just around the corner of Times Square. The room itself was not too big, but then, what do you need more than a bed and a roof over it while staying in NY. It was clean and comfortable, and that is all we wanted. Besides, the staff is hospitable and friendly, which is more than can be said of many large hotels!
We loved it and hope to be able to return to the Mela Hotel many times!

Hyggelig lite hotell med fin beliggenhet i nærheten av Time Square. Fint rom (Deluce Room), men lite bad. I gåavstand til flotte shoppinggater og severdigheter. Hyggelig betjening. Bistro ved siden av hotellet for spising. God mat og god service.
Travel tip:
Vi hadde på forhånd kjøpt buss-sight-seeing (3 dager + NY-pass)
