Groups Thailand, April 12, 2013	Nice Hotel in Great Location but Poor Serivce Great Location near MTA 6.3 I booked a room for 4 persons and I was charged for the room that comes with 2 double beds. But when I arrived, I just got a very small room that has only one queen beds and is sufficient only for 2 persons. Then I asked to change the room but the staff told me that all rooms were full. I had to stay on the tiny room on that night. So unpleasant.

The staff were very pleasant but perhaps were overstretched, especially at breakfast (there was one morning when there was no coffee available for the 30 mins we were there and the one staff member on duty seemed to struggle to keep up).
