Needs some work - Shuttle is unpredictable / slow

Shuttle service was terrible. We waited almost an hour and when it finally came it was too croweded to get on. Ended up just taking public transit
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take bus to subway and subway to main street in Flushing. Little China Town has great restaurants, bakeries and shopping. Fun night.

Underwhelming and Frustrating
Location is okay if you're going to the airport. If you want to shop or get to the train it's not particularly convenient

The stay was, at best, underwhelming. The first people I had to endure were the non-professionals behind the counter at check-in. They were too busy having conversations about their own dislikes of goings-on at the hotel to wait on me promptly. When they finally did call "next!" I was a bit confused--I had never been called like cattle to a hotel's front desk before.
After finally being given a key (only one key for two people) to the room it was difficult to navigate in the dark. There were no light switches in the entry way to the room. I came to find the bed was only a full size after having reserved a Queen-sized. This led me back to the main desk where I asked if a mistake was made since the wrong size bed was in the room. I was told that "the computer says it's a queen size so it's definitely a queen." I explained that my wife and I together can barely fit on the bed laying on our sides, and (it should have been evident to her) neither of us are, by any stretch of the imagination, large people. The front desk again insisted that the bed was a queen size. We left for dinner. After the way things were going we had no interest taking our chances on dinner at the hotel.
My one night stay was spent sleeping in a chair while my wife slept in the full-sized bed alone. As uncomfortable and unpleasant as that was it was more comfortable than being sardined in a full-sized bed.
This hotel is a sore disappointment. My only recommendation to travelers in the area will be to stay away from it. We expected far more professionalism, courtesy and quality service for the price we paid.
Hotel Feature Tip:
I'm an easy-going person so what follows is not said lightly. Stay away from this hotel!!! I have traveled across the United States and Europe and have never, ever, had such a poor experience with the staff or room quality. I nearly checked out the same night despite the fact I would have lost my payment.
