The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to everything, its got a nice view if your room is high on top, the bar/lounge is really cool The comforter in the room could have been much nicer, it was rather thin and we had to use the heater to stay warm. If you are looking for a more quiet intimate place to stay this is not the place, its smack in the middle of times square so theres a lot of people outside but otherwise this hotel is great. The staff is very nice, the rooms are spacious enough and very clean.
Restaurant Tip : Virgils BBQ restaurant across the street is some place you definitely want to check out. Not exactly Texas BBQ but pretty good.

If you're staying in this hotel and are planning on seeing some Broadway shows, allow a few minutes extra to walk to your theatre if it's on the other side of 7th Ave. The large and constant crowd of Times Square can be a distraction and take a while to pass through.
Restaurant Tip : Take the opportunity to wander a couple of blocks down to 9th avenue and try the food in Hells Kitchen - it's not so touristy and the menus are more interesting.

No service orientation, poor communications staff, beds and room booked despite booking not available, outdated bathroom. The hotel is ideally located on the upper floors with a beautiful view of midtown. No noise from outside through the double glazing, air conditioning, nice entrance.
