If you're young (20 to 35) and want to enjoy NYC as much as possible I would totally recommend this hotel.
Location is perfect to sightsee NYC as it's literally 2min away from Times Square. The hotel interiors are very trendy (it's been voted as the "sexyest hotel in US"),clean and the internet connection is WiFi and pretty good (although it's USD 10 per day).
Only downside, that may be a big one depending on your expectations, the view from the room is NO ecistent. You usually see the big flag (if you are lucky) or a black wall that is 30cm from your window (if you are unlucky, like me!).
I knew it before booking and requested a room with a normal view (at least the flag coz you feel claustrophobic with the black wall!!) and still got what I got.

The room is very tiny than I thought from the beginning I saw their pictures from the website.But it's safe and good location for women self-traveller like me.But the housekeepers were working with careless one of my sock was attached with a blanket anyway all problem was solve by staff when I asked them for checking.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Don't move anything in your refrigerator they will charge you cause it has a sensor.You have to declare all stuff are still not opened with the staff!555.

This is my second visit to NYC, my last visit was good, but the hotel is stayed was awful, so this time i took more time to decide, where i should be staying.
Night hotel was fantastic, Friendly staffs, Very helpful,
Look out these employees ( should say friends)
Mr. Simon the doorman, ask him for restaurant to dine, he gave me great suggestions.
Mr.Patrick,Great conceigre, ask him for anything about the city, he will answer you.
There was this girl in the front-desk, i was unable to connect my laptop to the internet, so i went down, she gave me a laptop to browse.
Being a hotelier myself, i was overwhelmed with the overall service.
I would recommend this hotel,strongly.
