Fantastic location, good room service, good concierge service, excellent bed.
Decorated with old carpets, the water in the bathroom very hot and difficult to get cold. The access to the main lobby is not easy because we need to use an elevator and sometimes is very difficult to get it when groups are arriving.
A very good option to stay in NY. Very close to the Broadway theaters, restaurants and shopping.
The rooms are not big but comfortable. The room service is very efficient. A transfer for the airport is available for 20 usd per person which is very pratical. All the best shops are 5 minutes walking distance.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Walking distance to times square and 5Th avenue.

Good location, nice size room for NYC, helpful concierge.
Annoying, no restaurant( closed for renovation )& only 1 elevator worked the full 5 days we spent there.
Good location and room size was good for New York City. I would definately stay there again as long as the price is right. Concierge staff were helpful, reception staff are a bit obnoxious and need to learn to actually speak to guests not just point and grunt. Only 2 internet stations are not enough for a large hotel, so some lengthy waiting at times.

Eat more cheaply along West 46th Street. Anywhere off the main streets around Broadway. Try Ellens stardust diner (opp hotel) where the staff sing songs from the shows while they serve you. Try La Parisienne on West 52nd Street near Carnegie Hall on way to Central Park, for friendly service and good prices.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Use the open top buses. A great way to see the city.
