Good location and room size was good for New York City. I would definately stay there again as long as the price is right. Concierge staff were helpful, reception staff are a bit obnoxious and need to learn to actually speak to guests not just point and grunt. Only 2 internet stations are not enough for a large hotel, so some lengthy waiting at times.
Good location, nice size room for NYC, helpful concierge.
Annoying, no restaurant( closed for renovation )& only 1 elevator worked the full 5 days we spent there.

Eat more cheaply along West 46th Street. Anywhere off the main streets around Broadway. Try Ellens stardust diner (opp hotel) where the staff sing songs from the shows while they serve you. Try La Parisienne on West 52nd Street near Carnegie Hall on way to Central Park, for friendly service and good prices.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Use the open top buses. A great way to see the city.
Can't beat the location of Novotel

Clearly a well-run hotel up to the usual Novotel standards.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Irridium and Birdland jazz clubs just a few blocks away.
Lots of reasonably priced delis and restaurants in the area and of course perfect if you are going to the Broadway shows.
I had a very good time in Novotel

Agoda is a fraude. I made a reservaction with these delicuente people. The charged $1,642 Us dollar to my credit card and NEVER paid the Hotel. The made 1 attempept to pay teh Hotel and the AGODA COMPANY's CREDIT CARD was declined???!!!!!. I was force to paid again at check in time so I din't screwup my family's vacation. I call Agoda, I can't tell you how many times and NO resolution to my complaint was made. I have their delicuent charge in dispute with my credit card company.
