Very satisfied with my stay in this hotel. I am a native New Yorker and this was a good first time experience staying in a hotel in New York City. A great choice, and I would easily choose this hotel again when I return to NY for a visit.

Stay was comfortable, convenient, and fun! Helpful doormen, and bellman, not so much the concierge, who seemed a little overwhelmed and not aggressively helpful. Convenient breakfast,coffee shop and exercise area, swimming pool.

From the 37th floor, the size of the Q bed room didn't matter. To see the city change by day and night, watch the tugs motor past Roosevelt Island, and to watch people moving in and out of the UN was well worth the great buy for the room. We were allowed a late check out, and the coffee shop kept us supplied with lattes.
No sounds from adjoining rooms, quick elevators, and pool and amenities added up to a great experience. This was my first Agoda trip but won't be my last.
Restaurant was closed due to renovations but will re-open soon.

helpful service, desk persons and maids were very nice!My room was on the 30th floor with an excellent view, night skyline was certainly a sight to behold. The walk to shopping, sights and dining was comfortable. A taxi was always available. The security made you feel very safe.

Hotel is in a great location and very convenient if working at the United Nations. the doorman makes great restaurant recommendations; ask him to book you a table at Padre Figlio. Best night in New York was there. Amazing views of the river, lower Manhattan, and the Empire State Building etc. Rooms are a bit tired and need some work. But overall, good value for money (I got great deals in January). Convenient to Grand Central and buses to airports.
