Its ideal location between Times Square and Midtown allows business travelers and tourists alike to access the Empire State Building and Rockefeller Center easily. The onsite restaurant the Mezzanine Restaurant provides a view of the luxurious lobby and provides great dishes for breakfast lunch and dinner. Dean and DeLuca, also located on premises, provides quick drinks and gourmet sandwiches. Finally, the Library Bar and its artistic d?cor adds richness to all drinks enjoyed here. The Library Bar
Beautiful mahogany walls lined with inviting white sofas draped with soft throws are accented by warm lighting. Above the bar's mahogany bar stools is a high shelf with a handpicked selection of antique and contemporary books. The Library Bar is open until midnight.

We had a great four night stay at the Paramount, our second time at this hotel. Great rates through Agoda represented good value, if we'd have paid full rack rate we would have been disappointed. As with any NYC hotel, the rooms are small, very small, but unlike other hotels we have stayed at on Manhattan there was a full size closet, ironing facilities in the room and enough space for two people to use the room comfortably (just!). Bathroom was very clean and the room generally was in good order. The hotel is looking dated now, however, it is undergoing renovation so this may change. If you are looking for a budget hotel and are willing to miss the luxuries of a four star chain hotel then the Paramount is a good option. It's location and cleanliness mean for a good NYC stay - after all you'll not be spending a great deal of time in your room.

The lobby was cool. Great breakfast spread and solid fitness room. Loved the location. Right in the heart of the Broadway district.

It wasn't as new and clean as I would have liked.

The lobby was very cool and it was convenient to have the Dean and Deluca Coffee shop attached to the hotel. There was a nice breakfast spread on the second floor lobby - right next to a very solid fitness room. I loved the location. It was located right in the heart of the Broadway district. I could see multiple theaters from my room. As a theatre lover, I truly appreciated this. It was also one block away from Restaurant Row - the most delightful street full of an array of wonderful restaurants.
