the bathroom had mold, the air conditioner did not work. I had to request to be moved to another room. I was very dissapointed with the hotel. Unfortunately it seems the hotel has not been properly maintained. It was not very clean and the air conditioner did not work. Probably will not stay there again.

staff was friendly and the location was perfect. The fitness center was well equipped. The hotel itself seemed run down. Air conditioner did not work properly. The hotel was not properly maintained. There was a funny odor in our room that never went away. There was mold in the bathroom and the wall paper was coming off in the room. The air conditioner did not work very well.

Great location, nice sized rooms, plenty of facilities in the hotel, brilliant maid service daily. Some lobby and reception staff rude and not welcoming. Having to pay to $3.75 per bag to hold them for a couple of hours. On the whole we had a fantastic weeks break away and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Park Central Hotel. The hotel was clean and modern both in its decoration and facilities provided. The only down side we found was being spoken to in a rude manner by certain members of staff, and most did not smile while serving customers. Although the majority of staff, in particular the maids, were very friendly and helpful, this seemed to be overshadowed by those who weren't. Also, having paid a large amount of money to stay at the hotel, I was disgusted and disappointed to find that we had to pay $15 to hold some bags for only 2 hours while we waited for our flights and think this should be a complimentary service provided to customers.

Even taxi drivers in Manhattan knew that the air-conditioning was not working at this hotel; even so, during check-in the receptionist informed nothing about the problem. That's not professional behavior!

A very nice looking lobby, kept dark, yet warm and friendly. Very centrally located, Subwaystation vicinity, many sights are erlaufen and thus you get to know a lot more. Friendly reception, room service very good, drinks and ice dispenser in the corridor, which is especially good if you late at night kommt.Zimmer pleasantly furnished, very nice big bed with a good Liegeeigenschaften, nice shower. We can not make any negative statements, and select from our next time you visit the hotel again.

Location, cleanliness, service, comfort The hotel is very well located, has good finishes in both common areas and in the rooms, the beds are very comfortable, especially the pillows, stay at the hotel was very good, room service is good, always have room clean and tidy, would be nice to have some tourist magazines in the room.
