Location

Too many rooms, loosing personal service and touch. Breakfast was very bad. No smoking room had been smoked in resulting in a smoke infested room.

When I arrived at the hotel at 9pm in the evening exhausted from the airport my rooms was not ready and I was made to wait half an hour in the lobby. I have traveled all over the world and stayed in all kinds of hotels this has never happened to me before and I was rather stunned. As compensation I was given a free breakfast voucher and was offered the poorest breakfast I have ever had in a service establishment. Very disappointing. In addition I was promised a non- smoking room however my room stank of smoke but my room couldn't be changed until the next day. I would not return to this hotel.

Check-in and out were easy and quick. Elevators ran efficiently. Rooms were in good condition and clean. Flat screen TV was great!

Ice machines were only on 3 floors. The actual main entrance is on 48th street not Lexington.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Radisson on Lexington. The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a Starbucks down stairs. The rooms are up to date with flat screeen TV's, nice bedding, great pillows. The towels didn't have any odor to them like many hotel towels do. Great place to stay!

Travel tip : This hotel is located in a great area. 3 min walk from the subway. Restaurants, drug stores etc nearby.

The location is great, close to 5th Avenue shopping, Grand Central Station and Midtown. The linens were nice.

The room was very small, difficult to walk around the bed to get to the TV or desk. The room was also very warm. It took a long time to cool it down to 70 degrees.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel, but the room was very small. I have stayed in many midtown hotels and this hotel is only mediocre. The breakfast restaurant was okay, but they only accept cash or a voucher. The double room included one double bed. The linens were nice, but not great. The room was clean and the bathroom had been renovated. My son stayed at the Millenium Hilton the same night, for less money he had a King Suite on the 40th floor with a kitchen and a gorgeous view out a bank of windows. We had one single window looking at another building.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : We had a great time shopping, it was a sales tax free weekend on clothing!
