The location is great, close to 5th Avenue shopping, Grand Central Station and Midtown. The linens were nice.
The room was very small, difficult to walk around the bed to get to the TV or desk. The room was also very warm. It took a long time to cool it down to 70 degrees.
We enjoyed the location of the hotel, but the room was very small. I have stayed in many midtown hotels and this hotel is only mediocre. The breakfast restaurant was okay, but they only accept cash or a voucher. The double room included one double bed. The linens were nice, but not great. The room was clean and the bathroom had been renovated. My son stayed at the Millenium Hilton the same night, for less money he had a King Suite on the 40th floor with a kitchen and a gorgeous view out a bank of windows. We had one single window looking at another building.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : We had a great time shopping, it was a sales tax free weekend on clothing!

Very bad hotel.I stayed there for 3 nights and had cockroaches for 2 nights!!! They ended up upgrading the room for 1 night but nobody really apologized to me. I emailed to customer service after I came back to home but nobody at Radisson New York followed up my claim. I don't think that they want customers. Very disappointed and very bad service.
