Sharda K. Couples United States of America, May 18, 2013	I was disgusted ok continental breakfast incl. oatmeal and whole wheat bread plus apples 4 Was not impressed. Upon arrival, noted a dirty diaper in washroom garbage. Was not impressed that staff at first didn't want to do anything about it. I demanded he come and remove it. Then we noticed the top cover on the bed had stains on it (like dried on stuff). I felt unclean in there and made me feel cleanliness was not important there. If I needed an iron, I had to go to the front desk to get - no one delivered it. There were no personal touch to this hotel and did not feel welcomed.

Carpet in room dirty , room was not very clean, Flocks of hair in the bathroom. Probably bathroom was cleaned with dirty water. Not Ramada standard. Breakfast low budget.
