The stay was pleasant and met my basic needs.
Clean, quiet & pleasant. The breakfast buffet spread may not be big but it is sufficient and is more than what we would normally eat at home.

My stay was pleasant except for the cable TV that did not work on the first night. The other strange thing is that my heavy black-out curtain in my room is not constructed for blocking out the noise and light. It cannot be closed because the heater/air conditioner was right below the window. This resulted in me having to sleep with the noise from outside and the bright sun light that came in very early in the morning!
Apart from the above, I think I will use the hotel again if I do stop over in New York for it's cleanliness and reasonable price.

It was great
The first day I arrived late with no parking I was tired and one of the gentleman of the staf made sure I had a safe park area I had never experience that, it was very refreshing .

Every thing was smoothly done on the behalf of the. Staf, I thought that every desk person was nice , curious and for the most part knowledgeble and it was a big sign of relief since it was my first time in that area,thanks guys will be back soon.

Was not impressed. Upon arrival, noted a dirty diaper in washroom garbage. Was not impressed that staff at first didn't want to do anything about it. I demanded he come and remove it. Then we noticed the top cover on the bed had stains on it (like dried on stuff). I felt unclean in there and made me feel cleanliness was not important there. If I needed an iron, I had to go to the front desk to get - no one delivered it. There were no personal touch to this hotel and did not feel welcomed.

Ok, but not more than that. Carpet in room dirty , room was not very clean, Flocks of hair in the bathroom. Probably bathroom was cleaned with dirty water. Not Ramada standard. Breakfast low budget.

Hotel at good location and Gd price
The hotel is at good location, just 5 mins walk to subway station

A very important remark that, their official check in time is 0300pm. I arrived the hotel at 1100am and I need to wait until 0200pm to check in. They don't offer any storage for luggage such that I can out for a walk and come back for check in.
Overall I would say this is a fair hotel to stay, regardless the service, the price and location is pretty good.
