The view on the roof top is fine.

I don't like the shower. The carpet looks old. The concierge didn't help much when we found the phone did not really work but took us to the mailbox service only. The shuttle to Metro station is good but only one car every hour...

Our stay there was amazing.

Upon check in we got free upgrade.We were there for 4 nights so the upgrade was perfect, huge room and view of the manhattan skyline. Food, amazing! Staff was also on point.
