"Home Away from Home"

This hotel is a home away from home. The staff are so friendly, the hotel is immaculate, service is phenomenal and the overall experience of staying at this hotel for 11 nights during our honeymoon was beyond outstanding. My husband and I loved being greeted by the staff every time we left and returned to the hotel. There was always a genuine "farewell, have a great day" and "welcome back". The hotel is in a fantastic location, right near Times Square but you wouldn't know that once you step into the foyer. The hustle and bustle of the city disappears and you are transported into a real Sanctuary. We will be back on our next trip! Thank you!

I would definitely book here again - the location, service and complimentary breakfast were great pluses. The rooms are quite small, but well designed so they do not feel claustrophobic. The only mild complaint I have was that the heating system seemed loud at times.
