"Home Away from Home"

This hotel is a home away from home. The staff are so friendly, the hotel is immaculate, service is phenomenal and the overall experience of staying at this hotel for 11 nights during our honeymoon was beyond outstanding. My husband and I loved being greeted by the staff every time we left and returned to the hotel. There was always a genuine "farewell, have a great day" and "welcome back". The hotel is in a fantastic location, right near Times Square but you wouldn't know that once you step into the foyer. The hustle and bustle of the city disappears and you are transported into a real Sanctuary. We will be back on our next trip! Thank you!

Lovely boutique hotel, great location, small rooms

I would definitely book here again - the location, service and complimentary breakfast were great pluses. The rooms are quite small, but well designed so they do not feel claustrophobic. The only mild complaint I have was that the heating system seemed loud at times.

Very nice room with 2 double beds. Staff was very helpful and greeted us coming and going. The free wi-fi and breakfast is a great plus! Will certainly return!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Nice rooftop bar that they close in and heat in the winter. Must be lovely in the summer.

Great hotel, great service and location!
Good location, very close to time square. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room is quite clean. It is just a little small but considering it is new york it is not a big deal. The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped me to book my airport shuttle bus. The hotel is a little bit expensive compared to neighouring hotels but the service is worth the extra cost.

Great service, small well appointed rooms

Excellent location and very attentive staff. The rooms are small but are well equipped. We were there for 5 nights and found the lack of drawer space a little frustrating. The lower street facing room was a little noisy. We wouldn't pay for the breakfast again as it was a basic continental layed out on a small buffet. It was included in the booking but we only used it once.
We enjoyed our stay inspite of the expense.
Restaurant Tip:
The Evergreen restaurant, across the road, is a better breakfast option if your looking to start your day with a cooked breakfast.

Great location, clean room

We stayed here for 8 days, great location just on the corner to Time square. Great staff, Cj and the two gentlemen at the door. Especially the "darker" one! Will never forget his exellent service! Really sharp! This is is the place if you like shopping. Close to everything.
