This hotel is located in the midtown of Manhattan and convenient for shopping and sightseeing
International programs can not be watched by room TV.\nThe air conditioner is too noisy.\n
We enjoyed our three-day stay at the Sheraton Manhattan Hotel New York because the hotel which is located at the midtown is so convenient to go sightseeing or do shopping that we could see the sights such as Metropolitan Museum of Art and Statue of Liberty, and go to good restaurants, etc..

Spent three nights at the hotel. Great location for tourists as it is located in the Times Square area. The hotel is fairly quiet given its proximity to the "action". The lobby is very small and it gets pack with tours. The hotel was very busy during my stay.
The rooms were clean, but the rooms tiny. Even by NY standards. Everything about this hotel is dated. From the towels, the type of soap used (not like the other Sheratons I have stayed at), bathroom, etc.
Ordered room service once. Took quite a bit of time. Okay food.
Would I stay here again? No, for the price, there are better alternatives. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to stay at a Starwood property, and this had the lowest rate (but still very expensive).
