Staff is great. Early check-in and upgrade made us feel special. This was a repeat visit,and again we were more than satisfied. We were greeted in French and given an early check-in. Also we were given an upgrade. Our stay was more than comfortable; it was luxurious. The lobby, the restaurant, the bar and the access to 44th and 45th streets were all perks that will guarantee our return to the Sofitel in the hopefully not to distant future.
