Location, location, location... Cleanliness, value for money, breakfast inclusive of rate, hip in many ways
No decent bar, not for the holiday makers who wish to spend their entire holiday without leaving the hotel.
As a frequent visitor to the Big Apple I thought I had seen them all: the big, the small, the posh and the worn. But no, visit to The Hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Very conveniently located just a block off Times Square, yet very reasonably priced
Restaurant Tip : Just across the street a small and very cosy, real Cuban restaurant with a lunch menu, only. A great meal with a beer for 6 bucks, who can beat that in New York City?

Wonderful location, great customer service, pleasant staff, good neat rooms and bathrooms.
Less options in the breakfast menu
This hotel is right in the middle of times square and everything is just in walking distance. Wonderful rooms ( a bit small but its NYC) and good pleasant staff. You can get tasty chicken and rice right outside the hotel and saves time and money because of its location. Would def go back.

Location of the hotel from the subway close to convenient transportation, early let us CHECK-IN! Counter the attitude of a good service!
Toilets have no exhaust fans! The room lights not bright enough! I forgot a skirt in a hotel, but the hotel did not give me an answer! On leaving a voicemail message will no longer reply to me! This is bad!
Basically, very good! If you can improve the lighting and toilets great problem! Also, the customer service department dealing with problems hope that a positive point! If a customer forgot something at the hotel! Hotel should actively help customers find, at least reply to customer phone like the bar!
