Small but sufficient

the solita hotel is small and maybe a little dated in parts, but i found everything to be clean and it had all the services/amenities i required (although a small fridge in the room would be a nice added extra!) it's perfectly sufficient for a comfortable stay in nyc, where you're likely to be out of the room most of the time anyway! internet is free which is great, although it was a bit slow at peak times, and the room was surprisingly quiet for nyc which was great. all in all, everything i needed without having to pay for more frills!

ダウンタウン巡りなら・・・

ロケーション！

仕事（ファッション関係）でSoho、Nolita、Tribeca界隈を回る必要があったので選択。ロケーションはとにかく良い。７階のGrandに面したツインの部屋は他のレビューにあったバスルームの換気扇の音は全く気にならず（修理済み？）、ただGrand側のベットで寝ていた連れは朝の通りの音が気になったそう。LANがEthernetのケーブル接続で通信速度はちょい遅め。デスク以外でPC使いたい自分としてはWifiがあればベターだったかなと思う。でも仕事は支障なく、Skypeで日本との会話も問題なし。 スタッフは若くてカジュアル、対応そこそこ。 食堂設備がないので朝食から自分で手配しなければならないが、場所が場所だけに（チャイナタウン、リトルイタリーに隣接している）、旅慣れた英語OKの人なら何ら問題なし。ちなみに朝食は歩いて１分のBaxterにあるBlubird Skyが超おススメ。オムレツサイコーです。
