Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Nice hotel, good location, free interior parking
Location, Free garaged parking

The hotel was much nicer than I thought, they have better options for a summer visit, with the outer pool and balconey rooms, but still a good place to stay in NYC next to Hells Kitchen.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You can walk to cool neighborhoods from here, and from there take the subway anywhere, keep your car at the hotel.

Its Just OK
Comfortable room not fancy... what you get is what you pay... as NY is expensive hotel
4.3
I check in, with my double bed reservation room. since I am alone I was told by the receptionist that double room is not available so they give me one bed room. I told him that I may got friend to join he said ok..the room is enough for 2.
When I check in to the room I realized that there are 2 part of the hotel... Renovated and un-renovated ( the single bed that The receptionist guy gave to me.
I was so tired after 20 hours flight. When I woke up during the nite I asked the receptionist working at nite, asked him why my reservation for double bed but I didn't get my double bed ...but single bed..are the price are the same ?.
The night receptionist told me..the room price are different and there are double room available.
I was so up set, since I book the room for 3 nights.
the days after that.. I confronted the same receptionist He said he din't said the double room are not available...so If available why wouldn't he gave me as what I booked ???...I called the manager and the manager give me use free wifi and change me to the double room bed..which is much bigger and have window facing the street.
O real;ly don't know what is the this Receptionist try to do.. but its not a good thing to do. If he has personal problem or like and dislike..or whatever problem he has... giving the room that no I booked is not a wise thing to do.
Lucky I manage to speak with the manager..eventhougth the receptionist tried to stop me and keep said " But you accept the single room, you said ok "...
Nightlife Tip:
Just to let you know this is not a really night life street..so quite but..worse its in front of police station. all nite long the police car noise ..may be cathing crime.. is that really that much crime in New york??..hhmm....

Excellent location but noisy
Good location near Times Square. Well-furnished room.
6.3
The hotel is ideal for sight-seeing as it is near Times Square and within walking distance of many places of interest. The room was nicely appointed and comfortable.
Noise from other rooms was very invasive, and my window looked onto a railway line down below. Some of the hotel rooms had windows which looked onto the corridor and gave no privacy. Others were accessed by an outside walkway, like a block of council flats.
The receptionist who checked me in was not at all welcoming; no social contact whatsoever. The cleaning staff were always friendly and said hello. Perhaps they should be working on reception.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is a short walk from Pier 83 where boat trips leave for full and half tours of Manhattan. Superb photo opportunities on board and really first class commentary from guide. Check on the internet before leaving home for timetable, as there is only one full tour a day in winter.
Good range of diners for breakfast on 8th Avenue going north. Can recommend Europan.

Restaurant Tip:
旁边有一家中国餐厅
