Room size--too small. Bathroom huge.
Great place to stay as far as location. Room was really small and the bathroom huge.
Travel tip : Taking cabs became expensive. Take the subway.

cleanliness, quiet location perfect for large rooms NY
We stayed in the 3030 in February 2009 and found it would be highly recommended given the price we have paid for a room. The location is very good (close to Metro and Empire State Building). We go every 3 years to NY next time and again the 3030 will definitely be where we are staying. The reception / booking has all worked correctly. A room safe is also a plus
