The reception ppl are not very helpful and professionally polite. They can almost scream at you on the phone, and confuse you even more with their words. Check-out took very long time. The bed is too soft for people with back-problems. Better to use ethernet line for more stable and stronger internet than the wifi.

I was looking for something not too expensive but clean and convenient. The hotel is close to a subway line and is in the middle of Manhattan so was functional but it is still more expensive than most Asian hotels of same or better quality.

The hotel was great but agoda screwed up my reservation. I chose to check in Sunday and check out Monday. After a long day of travelling, when I got there, agoda set up my reservation to check in Saturday and check out Sunday. My voucher clearly had Sunday to Monday. Thanks to the hotel being so understanding, they fixed it for me. I'm pretty sure that agoda does not do that alot but I'm not sure if I would risk again and use agoda to book.
