It's called Travelodge & we were VERY disappointed
a young gentleman was very kind to us. He was the only good thing

we had called in advance and requested a handicap room due to my medical condition. We arrived after 8pm with a pet since we were attending a pet show. They had given away our requested handicap room and we were on an upper floor - there was not an elevator. The young man helped me to my room. The next morning, we went for breakfast and it had one cereal, an empty cereal and toast. They had just opened prior to our visit and trash was overflowing and nothing cleaned up. We left at 8am and returned at 5pm, and our room had not been cleaned. We called and towels were brought up. At 3am there was a disturbance next door by a drunk male wanting to get in a room where his girlfriend was and it went on quite a while. at 645am, i went down for breakfast and it was not open. She was running late. I asked if i could just have some milk and she said no. Come back in 10minutes. I had purchased my own cereal elsewhere. This time there were a few pastries and some cereal, but no bowls so were were all eating cereal from coffee cups. Also - there was a pet area for our pet to go to, but it was completely covered in feces that had not been picked up in a very long time. My husband cleaned the entire area so we could have a place for our pet. We left a note for manager to call us, and i did not receive a call. I called two days later and talked to him and we were compensated for our troubles. This was one of the worse experiences we have ever had and we travel often. They are located by the freeway so you will hear traffic. The lady at the front desk had received a call from the guest in the room where the man was pounding on the door, and she did not call authorities. We did not feel safe in this situation and were afraid to become involved. We appreciate we were given a partial refund, but i would not stay here again.
