Never return and disappointed

I'm check in and the front desk agent gave me a disable room without telling me, I found out until I get into the room, then I call and ask for change and the agent did confirm okay since I had a meeting so we agree to change after my return, by the time I return (6:00 pm), and other agent (Kurm**) give me different kind of excuse basically he just don't want to change and BS saying hotel is full, which I don't believe it because still a lot of guests checking in... When I express my disappointed and I mention I never return the staff say FINE. What a helpful staffs... You decide is it a good hotel?

Near universal studio, close to the shuttle bus to all attractions

Best location for universal studio, shuttle bus to the shopping outlets

Always stay with this hotel when I'm in Orlando, this hotel around with a few restaurant open very late and easy to find food to eat, for shopping the shuttle bus station next to it and for sight seeing is just door step to the universal studio so this hotel is recommended.
