Awesome hotel with great service
Good location. Clean and spacious rooms.

Chose to book this hotel after reading the reviews online and was not disappointed by it. The location is great and all major locations in Walt Disney World is easily accessible through the shuttle bus service.
This hotel is value for money and the condition and cleanliness of the room is to be commended. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Overall would recommend it to those who are looking for a value for money option in WDW.

Choose this hotel after reading reviews online. Was not disappointed by it.
The rooms were spacious and clean and comfortable to stay in. Location was also good and shuttle buses just outside the door steps of the hotel allow easy access to the theme parks and downtown Disney areas.
Overall was very pleased with the hotel and would recommend it future visitors to Walt Disney World.

hotels rooms are big and spacious.shuttle buses to theme parks are also on time.locations are not that favourable to most amenities such as restaurants ,supermarkets.etctaxis are easily available through the concierge bookings.did not use most of their facilities as due to weather but guess that during summer it will be better.breakfasts are not included so find that it is expensive to have alacarte meals

Our room was very spacious. The bed was great and we had plenty of room for all of our stuff.
There is a nice pool and a shuttle bus to Disney World which leaves every 30 mins.
The food wasn't that great and breakfast was kind of expensive. But you can take your own food with you if you want, you have your own microwave in the room.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Disney World and Universal are very close to the hotel. Also don't forget to ask the receptionist for directions to the outlet stores. It is definitely worth the visit.

I really loved the facilities in the hotel and its convenience to get to disney world, but it was really difficult to get to universal studios orlando and the hinge of our door was spoilt.

everything about the hotel is good, except for maybe a lower than required concrete railings immediately outside rooms - curious kids could jump over and injure themselves, worse fall down. better if additional steel railings that doesn't obscure the view while providing added protection are put in place.
Shopping Tip:
Do inquire and make bookings in advance for Outlet Mall shuttle pick-up times with the concierge. They don't come in 30 minute intervals like the Disney-bound buses.

i stayed there for 5 nights, the hotel was nice and pleasant to stay, the shuttle bus to theme park was every 30 minutes, its a nice hotel to stay

near with downtown disney, only 10 minutes walking and with 20 minutes walking you can see many restaurant outside downtown disney

出張で1週間ほど滞在。近くに高級ホテルがたくさんあるが、それらに比べて安いのでこちらに泊まりました。総じて、価格にたいしてお得感があり満足してます。
ホテルは綺麗で、部屋の大きさもまずまず、ホテルの人も親切で好印象でした。ディズニーランドまでは、無料のシャトルバスで30分ほどです。タクシーだと場所にもよりますが、15ドルくらいです。空港からはタクシーで55ドル程度（チップ込）。帰りは運転手と交渉して40ドルでした。バスだと21ドルらしいですが、荷物が多かったので使いませんでした。
ホテルにコインランドリーがあるので、洗濯も出来て便利でした。食事は、ホテルのレストランを主に利用しました。朝はバイキングです。ただ1週間もいるとやや飽きました。また、ダウンタウンディズニーまで徒歩で15分ほどでいけますが、ここで食事とショッピングができます。シルクドソレイユもここで見れます。
