Hotel was very large and had many things to do, swimming, fitness, rock climbing. What we were not told was that the hotel charged a $ per day resort fee. Hemingways restaurant well worth $ p head menu options. Shuttle to Disneyland on limited schedule.

The view from the room was spactacular.
Furthermore, there were 2 ladies busy on the phone and one of lady call him to serve me when I approached the counter. This guy given me a look for a second and then just walked away. I felt sick of his attitude immediately.

we just got back from fl, stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. myson love the swimming pool a lot. we didn't t eat at the hotel. there is a resturant infront of the hotel called the ale house. good food, good beers, good price. overall we like the hotel and recommended to anyone.

this trip to the grand cypress was my 8th; for my companion, his first. we both were very pleased with the staff, the accomodations and restaurants. the pool was awesome - hot tubs, warm/cool pool, waterfalls, volleyball, water slides - all incredible. the only thing i would suggest to future guests: make sure you have a rental car on site - a town car costs usd one way and a taxi $20 usd one way. the shuttle came at 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. with 1 returning shuttle at 6 so it wasn't as convenient to go to wdw. other than that, it was fantastic!!!!!!!

Found golf very expensive, not very good rates for residents.
Nice restaurants.
Lots to do. Nice rooms, but would have preferred a king bed instead of twins.
Service was very good.
Found that the conferences interfered with the guests enjoyment.

Would defineately return to this hotel. Forget the parks myself and my two boys 13 and 6 had our best days in this hotel. The pool, bikes, climbing wall, boats and mini golf on extensive beautiful grounds were amazing. The staff here could not have been better. My only regret was not staying longer in this hotel.

great hotel, great facilities, if you are staying make sure you take time to use the facilities during the day. we asked for a late check out until 2pm and they agreed with no extra charge. the staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel spotless.
Travel tip:
The restaurants / bars in the hotel are all expensive, so everyone eats/ drinks else where. The hotel should look at this and they must be loosing additional revenue
