Good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff
Lack of drinking water in the room or in the hotel.
Good value for money stay. The room was huge and the breakfast spread was good. I also liked the availability of the microwave in the hotel lobby that helped to heat up the food. There was also alot of channels available for watching. Location of the hotel was also good, with alot of choices of food and convenience store within a few steps of the hotel. Hotel was also rather quiet which is good for resting.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : There is a bus just in front of uno restaurant that can take to outlet malls located further away from the hotel.

Personalized attention Jacuzzi Breakfast
It is a friendly hotel, very clean, very pleasant staff, the pool is very nice with warm water, there is also a bar inside the hotel. The location is excellent for walking at night to clubs. The hotel is well located, near the main attractions of Orlando (Wet'n Wild, Universal, Disney) and plenty of restaurants and outlets around!
The rooms have no windows (that can be opened) and very dark.

The breakfast is good, but you must arrive early! The attendants are friendly and helpful. In the hotel you can buy tickets to all the parks and the value is the same as the gates. It has pool, spa and bar groups. The room is spacious and the bathroom.
Shopping Tip : visit all the outlets before starting to buy because the price difference is too big!
