Decent room and price, but bad service

I'd be completely pleased with the hotel if my things in the room were not lost and the staff showed their responsibility. I left the room the morning and came back at 10PM. I found out there was a clothes bag missing. The bag was not empty so I didn't think the roomcleaning staff thought it was a trash bag and threw away. I came down the lobby and told the manager that my clothes bag was gone from the room and asked her to check with the housekeeper department. After seeing my picture of the bag, she said tomorrow she would let me know because the person in charge of that department was not in the hotel now. She noted something in the computer and took my phone number. The next morning, before I left the hotel, I came to the lobby again and another manager was there. I asked him about the bag but he replied "Nobody told me you lost a bag". And the same story went on, I was promised to be called again during the day but after all nobody ever called me. After half a day, I was back to the hotel, saw another different manager and again, the manager said nobody said I lost a bag and I was promised to be called. I was really tired and bored of them after 2 days and so I decided to let it go. So I lost my stuff and the staff there never showed their responsibility. They just came up with the same excuse every time. So a minus point which would not be given if they apologized me about what happened.
Second thing, the morning the 2nd day, before I left the room, I left the "change bed sheet" board on the bed so I could have my bed changed. When I was back to the room at night, I found out only one bed was partly changed. Partly because they put a new bed sheet on my bed without actually replacing it. I had to do it myself. I was not really petty but if they took my money for room service, I expected the job was done in a proper manner. So the second minus point.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is very close to Universal Studios and Disney World and other attractions. No bus to Universal studios but it is just 5-10 minutes away from the hotel so you can walk. There are buses to many restaurants and shopping malls along the International Drive. Buy the I-Ride 3-5 days bus ticket and enjoy your personal tour. Almost every hotel has their own shuttle bus to the main attractions so you can take their bus as well. Also do not buy the ticket directly from the hotel if they offer you. There are plenty of ticket booths along the street which offer cheaper price.

Staffs were nice.Hotel was quite small but suitable for price of course. Close to KFC and pizza place . Luv wet n wild as just across the street. Good choice for small budget on International drive area

Hotel because the area are excelent and have a store for shopping in to the area. And is my second visit at this hotel because is a confortable.
