We really enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable, Whirlpool was great, Fitness room was fun. No complaints. Convenient to shopping and Interstate 4. All around just a wonderful trip, very relaxing and enjoyable.

All the staff were excellent. For a conference the food was truly wonderful!. The staff are well organized and do a tremendous job facilitating a large group. This is not often easy with many different opinions.
Concierge service was beyond excellent and figured in our budget with desires well. Kudos to your Hotel. This was a first stay and will happen again.

The hotel is beautifully located and from afar looks very grand. The rooms are spacious and equipped with a fridge, coffee maker and in-room safe. Confrence facilities are convneient and huge. I suppose this is the main intnet as visitors will not be distracted by surrounding attractions in Orlando since you probably need to drive there.

An Absolutely Amazing Stay!
The staff was extremely helpful and willing to go out of their way to make my stay even more phenomenal than it was. The view of the golf course was amazing, so make sure you ask for it! The restaurants were great - ambience, food, staff. It was truly a wonderful five night stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff at Rosen Shingle Creek are friendly and provide outstanding customer service. I was greeted with a friendly smile each and every time and whenever I called to make a request, I was treated like I was the Queen. The staff at the front desk, housekeeping, bellhops, etc. went above and beyond. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable, and very tidy. The restaurants were fabulous with a variety on the menu, and exceptional staff. I stayed for five nights and will stay there again!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You have to do the nature walk...it takes about half an hour and you will see amazing flora and wildlife!

In diesem Hotel kann man perfekt Arbeit und Freizeit kombinieren ... kurze Wege, sehr schöne Zimmer (allerdings gab es keine Raucherzimmer, obwohl das bei der Buchung als "verfügbar" beschrieben war).

ロビーのスタッフが少ない。いつも２人だった。ツインの部屋を２部屋予約していたのに、ツインとダブルの部屋だった。もう一度フロントに戻ってルームチェンジを言うと、エグゼクティブスイートとコネクティングルームにアップグレードしてくれた。３階から１４階になり、見晴らしもとても良くなった。
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
ディズニーワールドにも近いが、残念ながらシャトルバスがない。なので３泊してタクシー代が何万円とかかった。

Bra lung anlägning med fina rum och bra pooler, nära till parkerna och bra shoping, bil är dock ett måste. Nackdelen med läget är att det inte finns något nöjesliv på gångavstånd från hotellet i så fall så bör man bo på International drive.
