Nice location. Have stayed here many other times. Had a favorite building but room were limited.There is a charge for wireless internet from your room. Most upscale hotels don't charge for this.
TV reception was choppy at times and there was no directory provided.
Liked their restaurant; Smoke House grill.
Very nice room for the price.
Parking and available rooms at check in.
- Shopping Tip : Grocery stores are very close to resort. International Drive attractions and major highways are easy to get to.

I would definitely go back to Westgate Lakes and would book again through Agoda.
