This place was about half the price of other places in the area. Still close enough to the sights to be useful. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful.
The hotel is old and somewhat gloomy. It is not a destination hotel but a good place to sleep at the end of the day. The air conditioner worked well but was loud and squeaky. The front desk had maintenance check it out but told us that all of the rooms A/C's suffered from this problem. Maintenance couldn't make the A/C quieter.
To get to many of the sights, be prepared to walk about 20 minutes (nice walk) or ride the bus (right in front of hotel) or call a cab. You are extremely close to the museum of art, the park and the Rodin museum at this location though.
Cheap, well maintained, fairly close to sights and good food.
Old, gloomy, A/C works well but is loud.
- Restaurant Tip : There is a great diner for breakfast right behind the hotel (the banana pancakes are great!) and just down the street is some fantastic pizza at Pete's Famous Pizza Restaurant.

I would definitely stay here again for the price and convenience. It wasn't a "perfect" hotel but well worth the price.
