The free breakfast is awesome! Lots to choose from :). Also, the staff is very kind and helpful. Internet was a bit unreliable. Overall, we are very happy with this hotel. The breakfast was great (both hours and food selection). Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Although we never used the shuttle service, we didn't mind the walk to the subway. The hotel was clean, and the maids always gave us more shampoo bottles :).
Restaurant Tip : There is a Thai place in Old City that has really bad food!

Staff was pleasant, room was clean. The bed was a little dented in the middle. I really liked the comfort inn at downtown Philadelphia. From the moment I arrive the staff was pleasant, helpful, and answered all my questions. I had to leave a room key for my second guest and they made sure she got it while I was out. The room itself was clean and accommodating. The bed was a little dented in the middle but that was okay. We also had a nice view of the river. Checking out was very easy and fast. They also have their own parking lot which you pay for but is very nice so you don't have to walk far to your car.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : They have a shuttle bus which takes you within 20 blocks of anywhere you need to go.

good service. Large rooms. Generally good despite its slightly off-center location. The hotel provides the convenience of shuttle bus service. The rooms are good and big. Despite the adjacent location to highways, it is well insulated and therefore not too noisy. The breakfast included in the rate is reasonable. The staff are friendly and nice.

Location in historic district, free wireless, excellent breakfast, clean the heater was incredibly loud all night long, the room was very loud all night due to traffic on the nearby road and very thin windows, there was no hot water for a shower (it was lukewarm at best), the free wireless kept cutting out every few minutes, it was not close to public transportation to take the train around the city, there was no nearby food, TV remote control had empty batteries, wall electric sockets were lacking for charging phone or a laptop All in all, this was a poor value. I slept poorly because of the tremendously loud heater and traffic, had a cold shower, and had to walk some distance to nearby public transportation or for any food. It was clean however and had a great breakfast.

Great location, you really are close to downtown but you don't pay for being there.
The hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is not great, there is little selection and the food quality is not great.
The room heater is loud!! The hotel is good for a week-end, couple of days downtown without paying the price.
The location is great, although at night it's loud. The breakfast is a little cheap but romms are ok.
