This reservation problem causes me a serious and uncomfortable situation. I had to share a smoking room with a collegue for one night.

I know that in the future when I make online reservations, I will contact the hotel to confirm that all my information is correct. This mix up could have put a real damper on a fine weekend.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Use the trolley system in San Antonio. It only cost a dollar and you can ask for transfers. They take you all around the Riverwalk and over to the Mercado. It saves on finding parking and so much walking.
