It's a cool small hip hotel directly on Geary street with a good Mexican restaurant and a Starbucks attached to it. Service was polite and fast. But I can not recommend this hotel since our room directly on Geary street (a very busy street in San Francisco) was so noisy, that we could not sleep the first night there. We had to purchase ear plugs for our second night. We changed hotel after that, for 20$ more per night the Westin St. Francis just half a block away was much better.
Great location, good service, we heard the attached Mexican restaurant is great and it was full packed on both night we stayed there, but we didn't had the chance to try it.
Very very noisy, we had a room facing Geary street and we had to buy ear plugs for our second night there. Small room.
- Restaurant Tip : There is a great noodle Thai restaurant just beside the hotel that serve great food for almost nothing. It's not a fancy place, but for a quick cheap fix it's perfect.

If you are working in the downtown area ask at the front desk or with concierge about availability of the mid-week complimentary town car service.
- Restaurant Tip : The Mexican restaurant in the hotel is excellent and prices are reasonable. Plus after dinner if you want to go out the famous Ruby Skye is right around the corner.
