Clement L. Couples Australia, April 01, 2013	Access to Executive Lounge is awesome! Executive lounge 10 I chose the "Access to Executive Level" deal from Agoda . It was definitely worth it! honors members get access to this already but if you're not one, it's a great way to upgrade yourself for fun. The lounge offers free canapes in the late afternoon and free continental breakfast. Aside from that, the room was spacious. No free wifi.

I am not sure with the people in the front desk though. I called up for some inquiries, took long time for someone to pick up, then she just put me on hold and kept me waiting till I just voluntarily hung up. Do they lack manpower? Disappointing.
