Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you get chance, go to see a Oakland Raiders football game across the bay from San Francisco, it will be the best sporting experience you will ever have.

The location of the hotel is good, everything was accessible including the tram, the BART, restaurant, and shopping centre.
The room that was assigned to us was at the very end of a u-shape long corridor, maybe that's the only available room.
I would definitely consider staying in this hotel again. The service was good, the rooms are cleaned everyday. It is a very convenient location, there is a multi-level parking available, The BART station was walking distance from the hotel, which I can can take to go to other places and to San Francisco airport, which is cheaper than taking the taxi or the shuttle bus.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The tram end of the line is also near the BART train station, you can use this to go to the fisherman's wharf and in-between you can stop at other tram station and do sightseeing of other places along the tram line. Take a day pass, its a lot cheaper than buying evertime you take the tram. The BART train station also can be use to go to other farther places. Maps is available at the hotel to help every guest how to get around downtown San Francisco.
