Fantastic customer service, assisted us with all restaurant and airport requests. Beautiful rooms.
Lobby is a little worn looking, but very cozy.
The Kensington Park Hotel is in a terrific location with easy access to all aspects of the city. The rooms are beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally courtious and provided excellent customer service. The hotel is very clean and all amenities in room (tv, hair dryer, clock, radio, etc.) worked without incident. Great to have robes provided as well as an iron and ironing board. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in.
Hotel Feature Tip : Having an ATM right in the lobby was very convenient.

Very friendly staff and clean room. I like the elegance of the hotel and the local is really great! I will definitely choose this hotel again when I visit SF next time.
