Location, Hotel is Clean, Staff is friendly

Rather small rooms, No A/C

The Mosser Hotel in Downtown San Francisco is right across the Mariott on the corner of Market St. and 4th St., so it is a really great location. A movie theatre, lots of shopping and some nice bars are just around the corner. The Hotel is very clean is rooms were serviced daily. Minor disadvantages are the size of the rooms and that the A/C is missing. Other than that, it is a perfect hotel for a short trip to SF.

Restaurant Tip : Annabelles Bistro and Bar

It is a extremely good location, very comtemporary in the style of a W hotel

They will nickel you for everything, be vary careful about your reservation. They will try to put you in the worst room possible, which includes abotu 50% shared bathrooms... like a hostel.... be very very careful.

I would recommend staying here again, but only in a room with a private bathroom.

Shopping Tip : THis is the best place if you like to shop.

The double bed was quite small so this is something to consider if you like a bit more space.

Restaurant Tip : There is a very good pizza place/cafe called Cafe Belissimo about a 10 min walk away (by Union Square). Friendly staff and reasonably priced food.
