Comfortable Beds
big Bathroom My partner and I stayed one night in Kikko Hotel in SF on 3rd Jan. It 's a nice hotel. Room is big enough, beds were comfortable, big bathroom with nice shower room. Amenity is good with coffee filtered machine with various of coffee but not enough mill and sugar for 3 coffee sacks. Be careful about Mini bar that if you take any bottles out, the system will charge in your account even you put it back in.
I did workout at gym with a modern treadmill with all set in monitor and TV. Equipment is good enough for stay. Indoor Swimming pool looks nice but I did not use.
I did not have any food here as breakfast was not included so I cannot review.
Location is near Union Square with near Merci Stores, Cable Car and Subway Station(Powell St.), many shopping centers around and many place to eat.
Restaurant Tip : Hotel is not include breakfast but we can have 24 hour food such as Dennis but just 10-minute walk

Conveniently located to Union Square. Contemporary designed rooms. Starbucks attached to hotel. Helpful staff. Need a lounge area in the lobby. Parking fees are high. The Hotel was conveniently located to Union Square and public transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, though one was a bit stuffy, but I guess one would expect that from a 4 star. It would be nice if there was a lounging area or lobby. The lobby was was basically the entrance that would usher you to the front desk. The Hotel was definitely efficient in this, but creature comforts in the lobby would make it more welcoming. All in all, the Hotel was good and I would recommend it for those who visit San Francisco.
Shopping Tip : All the shops are within a two block radius.

Great location, nice sized rooms, HUGE flat screen tv, great service We recently stayed at the Hotel Nikko for a wedding we were attending in the area. You couldn't ask for a better location, close to cable cars, shopping, and restaurants. The room was quite large for San Francisco, and the amenities were top notch. We will definately stay at the Hotel Nikko again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Catch a ride on the cable cars early before they fill up! Waits were in excess of 2 hours after 11 am.

Driving directions from Oakland International Airport: Exit the airport on Hegenberger Rd. Take I-880 N toward Oakland. Take I-80 W / San Francisco / Bay Bridge, crossing over the Bay Bridge. Take the 5th St exit, and then turn right onto 5th St and proceed five blocks to Market St. When 5th St crosses Market St, it veers right and becomes Cyril Magnin St. After crossing Market St, continue on Cyril Magnin St for one block. Turn left onto Ellis St, and Hotel Nikko is on right.
