very convenience location, lots of restaurant around 1. there were very few staffs at the check in counter when we arrive, it took very long time to get the key
great location, very convenience for all activities, lots of restaurants and shops around
need to improve on checking in process. Parking fee is very expensive. We will go back to this hotel next time we are in San Francisco.

It's near to everywhere in downtown SF This hotel is very convenient as it has strategic location. It's near to Union Square, and Market street as the heart of San Francisco. You could take Municipal Train or Cable Car or Public Bus to go to other places like Golden Gate or Pier 39 (Fisherman Wharf)

Clean, comfortable, central location. After hours not good to walk outside. Hotel was quite clean and comfortable. Everything worked as they should have. Very central down town location. After hours not so desirable to walk around hotel, because of the street people. Fast food restaurant across the street from hotel, but again, many street people. Good for the business traveller who has business downtown, and needs to work after hours.
