very well located, very clean and a nice room. - reception
- internet connexion
The hotel was very located, 2 minutes from powell street. The room was very clean.
The oly two negative points are:
1. the staff at the reception was not very good. They spent more than 20 minutes to understand that I had a pre-paid reservation!
2. The wifi internet connexion was not working.

The location is great and just one block away from cable cars located on Union square. The reception's personnel were very mean and unfriendly. They definitely should imrpove that as I have read the same thing before I chose this hotel. I didn't know the attitude was so bad until I experienced it.
