Pleasant reception staff, room was extremely nice and comfortable, when I asked for hair spray - it was promptly delivered Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff. Room I had reserved wasn't available, so I was upgraded to a suite - which was VERY nice. Bathroom with jacuzzi tub, which I promptly took advantage of. Hotel is next door to Postrio, a Wolfgang Puck restaurant. While I didn't eat there, it is a well known restaurant and very convenient to the hotel. Last great point about this hotel - it is one block off Union Square. I would definitely stay here again.
