Calm, clean, good restaurant, courteous staff, excellent free shuttle service to the airport all the time. I did not appreciate NOT being warned that there was pay-TV which was expensive. My Thai friend could not understand English fell into the trap which cost me more than $200. Likewise I was not warned that international calls were horrendously expensive, and my Thai friend fell into the trap again for $85 for 4 minutes of long distance calls to Thailand. Of course it's all explained in the book to read in English. Of all the Radisson hotels I went to in SW America, this is the only one which practices this policy of silence. It's unfortunate and does harm to the other franchised Radisson hotels in the US. This hotel is ideally located near the sea and ten minutes away from SFO international airport. It offers a frequent, 24hrs/7 shuttle to the airport. Inside the hotel the restaurant is one of the most beautiful I have seen in the west coast. The food delicious and one can be waited on for breakfast. Behind the reception there are vending machines and packs of various food for snacking. There is a business room with two computers, free of charge, open 24hrs/7. Unfortunately there are no headsets and microphone should one wish to use Skype.

Considering the close proximity from SFO city to the airport I would probably consider staying in the city as opposed to this airport hotel if I had more than a few hours to spare in the evening. As I left early in the morning it suited me, but there is really absolutley no shops, cafes around the hotel.
Travel tip : Stay in the city!
I did not have any food but this review made me tick something so ignore that point!
