Never Again !

Would definitely NOT recommend this hotel. The room was prepaid but when we checked in the clerk required a credit card for "incidentals" or in case there was any damage to the room. - Ha when we got to our room which was quite a hike from the reception area, we found holes in the wall where someone had punched it, paint peeling off the inside door and some other minor damage to the walls. We immediately tried to call the front desk to advise the clerk , to avoid being charged for any of the damages, but the phone was dead because someone had cut the cord. We did not feel safe in this hotel and will not stay. there again

lame. we stayed here last year before going to china, and it was much better. it seemed cleaner, we had functional wi-fi and we didn't have to get our room keys reprogrammed 3 times. i don't know if management has changed or what, but they don't have it together. until they shape up, spend the extra cash somewhere else.

Close to airport, close to highway, nice complimentary breakfast, very reasonable price.

Was very satisfied with service and cleanliness of room. Was very appropriate for an overnight stay. Was surprised by the size of the complex and the lack of outside/highway noise.

this is the second time staying here at this travelodge and i must say it's really good for the price. free hotel shuttles, free breakfast, swimming pool. the beds could be a little more comfy and the pillows softer. you could feel the springs when you laid down in the mattress and the pillows were as hard as stale bread. the nice man at the front desk upgraded our room to a fridge and microwave room that was twice as large as the room we stayed in last time for no additional charge

travelodge sfo north is a 5-minute ride by the hotel shuttle from the airport, and the price is very very reasonable. the hotel was clean and had all the amenities one would want; the hotel staff was excellent, informative, and friendly. i would stay here again if the occasion warrants for a reasonably priced hotel for the traveler who wants the convenience of a short distance from sfo.
