Little things like the very slow single elevator in the whole building. so u end up waiting for it all the time. Minimal breakfast included; tea and toast/muffin. Worth the money we paid per night for a dbl bed). We would definitely stay here again

The hotel is in the heart of the city and everywhere is walkable. the rooms are a little small and the free breakfast is ordinary, but we didnt care as we could walk to almost anywhere.
Parking is cheaper than anywhere else in the city,although you will not need a car.
The staff were super friendly and super helpful.
An excellent hotel for those on a budget.
Restaurant Tip : Across the road and down the street is the Mexican Grill. Best mexican food outside Mexico. Super cheap, super quick, brilliant food size and the staff are awesome. A must for anyone that loves real mexican food.

muffins for the breakfast are too soft. This hotel served me very well because I traveled alone and spent most of the time out of the hotel. The room is small, but is very clean. I also liked the decorations and amenities, which are in a modern theme, i.e. IKEA-like as many others say. The staffs at the front desk were also nice.

New and clean bathroom.
Convenient location.
we found the room really small. There was hardly any space to walk in the room after opening the luggage. The bathroom was quite a decent size and seemed newly refurbished and was very clean. The power kept tripping though. The location just a 2 min walk to union square and macy's, which was convenient for shopping and also meeting point for bus sightseeing tours.
